My name is Kaylie, and I combine my passion for creativity with a love of analytics to make powerful, data-driven decisions for effective marketing strategies. I started by earning my BFA in Graphic Design, have a background in ecommerce, experience in leadership and a wealth of digital marketing knowledge. Now, I own a HubSpot Provider Agency and manage day-to-day operations and strategy as a full-service marketing partner. I get a kick out of optimized marketing campaigns with the most visually-appealing, creative designs — these are a total win-win.

Every day, my focus, determination, hunger for knowledge, and perpetual need for personal growth drive me to show up in a big way for our clients.

I love spending my free time exploring the outdoors, going to concerts or staying in to play a video game. She also enjoys spending time with her pup, an adopted corgi/spaniel mix named Heather.

Whether you’re working on a banner ad or a catalog, always try to tell a story. This can be the story of a brand, of a product, or a combination of things. Your audience will be more captivated by an idea that takes them somewhere than one that is stagnant.

KNOW WHEN TO PICK YOUR BATTLES

It’s really easy to get defensive when a client comes back with changes to your work, but a lot of the time it isn’t worth wasting your energy on that anger. Learn to let it go and pick your battles. Find a balance between standing up for your work, and listening to the client.
