END OF SUMMER SALE: PAID ADS CASE STUDY

When I started working with USCutter as a Digital Marketing Manager, I noticed that they were not running any banner ad campaigns, and very few paid social campaigns. Realising this was a missed opportunity, I presented a plan to the director of marketing with a proposed budget of $5,000. The goal was to do a retargeting display/social media campaign for a specific line of heat transfer vinyl called Siser.

I started with designing a logo for the over-arching theme: End of Summer Sale. I then built the static creative, focusing on lifestyle photography to showcase what a customer could do with Siser Vinyl. After finding an ad serving platform to work with, I set up an initial goal for a 2.00 ROAS (return on ad spend). Little did I know, this campaign would surpass all our expectations!

Marketing stats

THE SALES ON THE SISER VINYL LINE INCREASED BY 19% DURING THE SALE, COMPARED TO 30 DAYS BEFORE. CLICK REVENUE WAS $47,752, AND THE VIEW TOTAL REVENUE WAS $661,141 BY THE END OF THE SALE.
